Right at the outset all you need to do is give us a call. We cannot say here that the process is ‘this or that’ because every job is different. This is because it’s you - it’s your possessions - it’s very important to you - it’s very personal to you - and we want it to stay that way.

What will happen is that an experienced estimator will arrange to visit you at a suitable time. Have all your questions ready - he/she will have all the answers and will be on hand for you from here on in. Make sure you feel comfortable with the estimator as he/she will be your point of contact right up to and during your move.

Moving house is complicated - things change - but we want you to feel that you can call us at any time once we’ve got the ball rolling. Don’t panic - don’t be afraid to ask - just give us a call - you probably haven’t seen the problem before but we can assure you we have!
